A little about us and what we do.

Our planet is warming, our weather is changing. Everyone is talking about the environment and climate change — and honestly it is getting a little scary.

But there is a lot going on actually. Many brilliant scientists, leaders, entrepreneurs, organizers, negotiators, volunteers, and policy makers are working on protecting our planet every single day.

We are here to let them tell their stories and connect with each other, so they can combine their forces and work on this together. Let us be climate heroes and hear the stories, too.

Building on the strong partnership between Egypt and Germany in the fields of energy and environment, the Cairo Climate Talks were initiated in 2011.

Public events and expert workshops provide a platform to exchange experiences, raise awareness and foster cooperation between policymakers, business, the scientific community, and civil society.
